    Sme students get s nervus befre a test. They d prly even if they knw the material. Sian Beilck, a prfessr at the University f Chicag in Illinis, has studied these highly anxius test-takers. The students start wrrying abut the results. And when we wrry, it actually uses up attentin and memry resurces(资源).
    Prfessr Beilck and anther researcher, Gerard Ramirez, have develped a pssible slutin. Just befre an exam, highly anxius test-takers spend ten minutes writing abut their wrries abut the test.
    The researchers tested the idea n a grup f twenty anxius cllege students. They gave them tw shrt maths tests. After the first ne, they asked the students t either sit quietly r write abut their feelings abut the upcming secnd test.

    A new study in the jurnal f Turism Analysis shws frequent travelers are happier with their lives than peple wh dn't travel at all.
    Chun-Chu Chen, an assistant prfessr at Washingtn State University, cnducted a survey t find ut why sme individuals travel mre frequently than thers and whether r nt travel and turism experiences have a lasting effect n happiness and wellness.

The results f his analysis shw individuals wh pay mre attentin t turism-related infrmatin and frequently discuss their travel plans with friends are mre likely t g n regular vacatins than thse wh aren’t cnstantly thinking abut their next trip.
    “While things like wrk, family life and friends play a bigger rle in verall reprts f well-being. The accumulatin (积累) f travel experiences’ des appear t have a small yet nticeable effect n self-reprted life satisfactin,” Chen said.
