    A year ag, I decided t create a mre envirnmentally friendly kitchen, fcusing n reducing the single-use prducts such as plastic bags and paper twels. I'm nt ging t sugarcat my experience. It takes cmmitment(投入)and a willingness t change lng-held habits. In creating my kitchen, I tried a lt f different alternative prducts and sme plain ld cmmn things; the result, hwever, has been wrth the effrt. I'm als a fan f bamb paper twels, which have the lk and feel f traditinal paper twels, yet are made frm a highly renewable surce and als break dwn in just 45 days.
