Eg: 我需要一块新表。I need a new watch.
他要在阅读上多多练习。He needs t d mre practice n reading.
*作情态动词，后接原形动词
Eg: 你要这么快就走吗？Need yu g s sn?
3.Sandwich gt its names frm a man called Jhn Mntagu, the furth Earl f Sandwich..
1） get sth frm…意为“从…得到某物”
2 ） called表示“被称作，叫做”，相当于named,在句中做后置定语修饰前面的名词。
4. Sn thers wanted t eat the same fd, s they ask fr a “sandwich”
1） thers 用作代词， 用于已知的一些人或物中，除去某些后余下的人或物中的
一部分。 常与sme 搭配构成句型sme…thers… “一些… 一些 …”。
Eg. 学生们正在打扫教室。一些人在扫地，另人在擦窗户，其余的人在擦桌子。
The students are cleaning the classrm. Sme are sweeping the flr, thers
are cleaning windws, the thers are cleaning the desks.
