    教学目标:

    At the end of the class, the students will be able to:

    1. get information about problem-solving.

    2.learn some key words and structures.

    3. have a positive attitude to worries.

    教学重点:

    1. Key vocabulary:

    expert, teenager, normal, unless, certainly, wallet, mile, angry, understanding, careless, mistakehimself, careful, advise, solve, step, trust, experience, halfway, else...

    keep... to oneself, have a lot of worries, talk to someone, be afraid to do sth, in the end, make some careless mistakes, run away from the problems, cutin half, have problems with their schoolwork, be halfway to doing...

    2. Key sentences:

    a.The worst thing is to do nothing.

    b. Unless we talk to someone, we’ll certainly feel worse.

    c. You’ll feel worse if you don’t talk to your problems.

    d. Sharing a problem is like cutting it in half.

    e. You’re halfway to solving a problem just by talking to someone about it!

    3. Pair-work. Ask and answer the questions with your partner. As Ss work, move around the room monitoring their work and offering support as needed.

    4. Ask some pairs to present their conversations to the class.
