    Billy accepted his mm’s wrds and went utside t say his gdbyes. Hwever, when he gt utside, he nticed the heavy strm was cming and felt fr his new friend.
    He had hped that the dg wuld seek shelter smewhere, but she just sat there. He fig-ured she was still waiting fr him, s he went ut int the rain t try t lead his friend t shelter.
    “Cme n, girl! G!” Billy said, trying t lead the dg t the nearby sheltered car park. But she wuldn’t mve an inch. She stuck right by his side. The rain began t pur dwn harder.
