根据第一段第二句“Gd listening skills and bdy language are als imprtant fr us t effectively cmmunicate with thers.”
根据第二段第一句“Bdy supprt what a speaker is saying.”
Barriers they cmmnly create may include: interruptins, inapprpriate humr, judgments, criticisms, and unrelated questins.”
通读全文,结合第一段第一句“What peple say is nly ne aspect f gd cmmunicatin.”及第三句“Effective cmmunicatin invlves mre than talking t a persn.” 故选A。
    5.cnfuse v.
Studies have shwn that f the infrmatin that is received frm ther peple, nly 10% is frm what they say and 40% is frm the tne and speed f their vices.
That's actually a gd sign. 故选A。
If yu're talking with smene whse gaze is making yu uncmfrtable, smething is up and they might be lying t yu.
Even if yu can't read a persn's exact thughts, yu can learn a lt frm their bdy language.
    Ⅲ.

Sn, the by cughed up the piece f candy, gasped, and began breathing again. Withut anther wrd, Winters handed Clarke back t his mther and ran back t her friends befre they left her behind.
    Paragraph 2:
