Step 1: Warm-up

1. Greetings.
2. Let’s sing.

Sing the song “On, in, under” and

do the actions.

Step 2: Presentation:

1. Look and say.

Look at the picture, what can you see?Yes, we can see Li Ming and Jenny

are looking for something.

What are they looking for? Let’s guess.

Schoolbag? Cap?

Listen carefully. They’re looking for

Danny.

Step 3: Text-teaching:

1.Today we’ll learn Lesson3 Where’s

Danny?

Learn the word ‘where’.

Where’s Danny? Do you know?

Learn ‘know’ ‘I don’t know.’

2. Look at the blackboard. There’s a

house here. Danny is hiding in the house. Let’s look for him,OK?

3. Is he in the living room? Let’s go  and have a look.

No, he isn’t in the living room.

Where’s  Danny? Can you guess?

4.Students guess where is Danny.

1) Is he in the kitchen?

  Learn ‘kitchen’  ‘in the kitchen’

1. In fact, Li Ming, Jenny and Danny are playing a game ‘Hide and

Seek’.

count 1-10, then open your eyes

and guess where is he.

通过猜 Li Ming和Jenny在找什么，发散学生的思维，引起学生的兴趣。

黑板上贴上可以翻看的房子，用来寻找Danny。

翻看客厅部分寻找,没有。

充分调动学生的好奇心，发散学生的思维。

翻看厨房部分寻找，没有。

翻看床底下寻找，没有。

翻看门后面寻找，终于找到。

捉迷藏是学生很喜欢的游戏，创设游戏的环境，让学生以游戏的方式练习本课的重点句型，极大地调动了学生的积极性。

这本书非常贴近本课的主题，并且故事情节非常有悬念，学生边看边猜，非常投入。

引导学生在享受游戏的快乐时一定要注意安全，不到危险的地方玩耍，安全第一。
