    Step One
    1. Sft-reading.
    Say: yesterday, we read a stry abut a mnster. Nw let’s d sft-reading first. Try t remember the detailed infrmatin but the whle stry.
    2.Questins and answers abut the stry.
    Say: Nw I’d like t knw what yu have knwn abut the stry. S, answer these questins.
    When and where did captain King and his men land? And Why?( twards evening, an unexplred planet, valley clse t a great cliff, ran ut f,)
    Where did they g in? What did they find? Did they decide t leave r stay?(a huge cave ,ging t wait)
    Then what happened?(began t shake, hpped in, lked like ,)
    Wh fllwed them? Hw did he lk?(mnster, almst human)
    What did Grk d when he saw them ?What did Grk want t d with them?(gave a rar, kill)
    Hw did Grk trap them?(pressed a buttn, sprang frm,)

    3. A cmpetitin abut retelling
    Say: We’ll have a cmpetitin amng yu fur grups. Yu will take turns t retell it sentence by sentence. When retelling the stry, each grup can nly say ne sentence at a time. The grup that can’t cntinue the stry will lse ne pint. Of curse, the grup that gets the highest mark will be the winner.
    Yu can use the help f the pictures and the key wrds.
