Their study shwed a shrt-term memry increase f up t 40 percent after exercising just three hurs a week. The exercise des nt have t be very difficult, but it des have t increase the heart rate. Als, just like the mtin fr babies, exercise fr lder peple shuld invlve sme cmplexity. Learning sme new skills r mtins, such as yga r tai chi, helps t pen up memry paths in the brain that may nt have been used fr a lng time.

    Teenagers' fitness is nw a majr cncern, and physical exercise is very imprtant. It reduces stress and imprves fitness. Exercise makes yur bdy strng, and helps yu t keep the right bdy weight. Sprts scientist Dr. Helen Lpez ffers the fllwing advice t teenagers: “First, yu need t find ut yur present level f fitness. Then yu can design a prgramme that will help yu becme healthier.”
