    In the part f starting ut, the film psters and the vide present varius frms f disasters,such as natural disasters and terrible diseases, sme f which happened in the past, and sme f which is predicted t happen in the future. The cntent is designed t help the students learn abut the tpic f this unit and prepare and warm up learning activities fr the whle unit.
    In the sectin f reading, the authr tells his persnal experience and feelings n the Lndn tube t wrk t express his wrries abut the danger f extreme weather and cnditins. Reading activities guide the students t learn abut the authr’s writing purpse and the side effect the climate change has n peple’s life. The students are expected t develp envirnmental awareness and make effrts t prtect ur planet.
    1. Help the student d reading ability training,such as getting the main idea f the text as well as interring the authr’s writing intentin.
    2. Lead the students t cmb the lgic structure and Learn and master the key wrds and expressins related t the tpic
    3. Guide the students t cnnect climate change with their real life, think the side effects n peple’s life and express their wn pinins and views .
    4. Guide the students t develp envirnmental awareness and make effrts t prtect ur planet.
