《新目标》九年级话题Unit Tpic Functins Structures Unit 1. Hw can we becme gd learners ?主要讲述语言学习——语言学习的策略方法，重点是通过对同学在学习中遇到的问题进行调查，分析学习困难，谈论学习方法学会讨论各种学习方法和策略，提出学习建议，找到好的学习的方法，并在学习交流中培养学生交流与共享的技能。

Step 1 : Warm-up
1. Greetings.
2. Ask sme students abut their summer hliday
(Teacher shws a flashcard with the wrd Shanghai and asks ne student.)
Teacher shws the thers and teaches the wrd “flashcard” t the students.
Step 2: Revisin
Read and translate sme wrds they have learned.
Step3.Presentatin
I. Language Study
Teacher writes the pattern n the blackbard:
-- Hw d yu study fr an English test?
-- I study fr a test by + V.-ing
Make a list f their answers n the blackbard. Teacher can teach the “vcabulary” and “prnunciatin” at the right time.
II. 1a
1.Check the answers, after checking, read the ways t the students and ask students t put up their hands t shw which things they checked. Cunt the numbers.
2. Ask students t write dwn ther ways they study fr an English test. Then ask sme t read their ways t the class.
III. 1b
1. Play the tape.
2. Check the answers with the students.
3. Read the sample answer t the class and ask students t say the ther tw.
Step4 Cnslidatin and extensin1. Read the instructins and the cnversatin t the class, and then ask students t make similar cnversatins.
2. Ask sme pairs t present their cnversatins.
3. Small cmpetitin: grup in fur, make sentences using structure (verb + by/with gerund).
4.Make a survey : ne student interview ther students using the structures (Hw d yu study …? I study by + v-ing .)
Shw the results.
Step5 Summary
1.Hw是用来提问“怎么，怎样”的疑问词，引导一个特殊疑问句，经常用by加动词的Ving形式，表示“通过……方式，方法”或“借助某种手段”
例如：Hw d yu usually g t schl ？ I g t schl by bus。
He makes a living by wrking n the farm。
2.What abut listening t tapes？听录音怎么样？
What abut …？相当于Hw abut…？后面可跟名词、代词或动词Ving形式。常用来提出建议，征求意见或询问情况。相类似句子有Why nt +v…？
Let‘s +v . Shall we +v ? Yu’d better +v.

九、教学反思
在学习中倡导学生主动参与、乐于配合、自主探究,能够收到较理想的教学效果。
对大部分同学来说能掌握基础知识和技能还是可以，但是约三分之一的同学还是不能灵活运用知识的综合性，解题能力比较欠缺。
